PROVIDING PERSONALISED CARE

Through The Generations

As parents, we get you.

We’re parents of Gabriella - a young adult who requires a lot of support, so we truly understand the journey.

Every support for your child or young adult is thoughtfully planned to make their day meaningful—while also supporting you along the way.

Individual Support

Before we became parents, we loved working in nursing and community services, supporting people of all abilities and life journeys. With these skills, our focus and

passion is to provide personal care in home as well as in the community,

specialising in high complex care supports.

Today, joined by an amazing team, some of who also have lived experience with

family, we’re still doing what we love—supporting people like you navigate life with

the care and support you deserve.

Small Teams, Empowering Individuals

We are deliberately a small organisation. We’re not here to treat you or your loved one as just another number.

We only work with individuals we’re confident we can truly support, and focus on providing personalised, quality care.

We want every moment to count. We create experiences that would be challenging to do alone. We’re dedicated to meeting your care needs while helping you achieve your personal goals.

When accessing the community, we minimise participating in easy activities like bowling or watching a movie. Instead, we do journeys to the great outdoors and to places that are exciting and fun. We will attend locations that may be difficult for you to access alone or within your family. Our participants have attended activities like, but not limited to, ice skating, going to the beach, theatres and live shows, fishing trips and exploring all over Sydney.

Your New Family Community

Care That Feels Like Family

Carers who work at Genovation are carers we love to have looking after our own daughter. That’s who we work with.

Imagine having the confidence to step back, knowing your son or daughter is in safe, loving hands.

Picture a community where carers become part of the family, and every day brings joy and growth.

Built With Love, Inspired by Gabriella

This is what we built for Gabriella, our daughter.

Whether it’s helping her to choose her clothes in the morning, learn to help with cooking, explore nature, or enjoy the thrill of ice skating, every experience is about building up her happiness and confidence.

Support That Fits Your Journey

Everyone’s story is different—we get that because we’ve lived it ourselves.

That’s why we take the time to understand your journey and what really matters most to you and your family.

It's tricky to navigate industry rules and regulations while wanting to make personal choices for your own life. At Genovation, we do our best to work with you to find the right balance. Together, we create care plans that truly reflect your needs or the needs of your child, young adult, or loved one.

Whether it’s through hydrotherapy, cooking classes, or trips to local parks, every day is filled with activities with you in mind.

Gabriella, for example, loves the water but struggles with large crowds. Weekly hydrotherapy sessions with carers she trusts, gives her the chance to relax, have fun, and feel supported.

This routine has transformed her confidence and physical strength.

Not Just A Program… A Real Family

It’s not just about activities- it’s about belonging.

We encourage and support participants to form friendships, learn life skills, and feel valued.

We’ve seen how this type of enriched environment has helped Gabriella thrive.

Knowing she’s surrounded by care and understanding has given us the peace of mind to focus on our family’s well-being.

About us

Trust Is Earned—We’ve Walked In Your Shoes

From the first conversation, we work with you to create the right plan for your supports.

It’s about trust, consistency, and building genuine relationships.

You are the experts of your care.

Teach us everything - your likes, dislikes, culture and values and we will do our best to provide the support - whether that be for you, your child, young adult or loved one.

We know how important the small details are because we’ve been in your shoes.

For instance, teaching Gabriella’s carers some of the most simplest tasks like how to braid her hair or brush her teeth just the way she likes it has made all the difference - because these seemingly simple tasks are some of Gabriella's biggest challengs.

Not Like Movie World—

More Like Disneyland

What your child or young adult needs is more than they can get at home.

Day trips aren’t just outings; they’re adventures.

It’s about creating moments that matter, not just filling time.

Supporting a Family

Every family’s story is different. We know that because we’ve lived it.

But it's also why we take the time to understand YOUR journey.

Our Young Adult Enrichment Program (Day Program near Narellan) together with our specialised disability supports for children in the Macarthur and Penrith Areas, in home and in the community are our speciality.

Everyone learns in their own unique way.

We’re proud to have two board members—both mums to young adults with significant, complex care needs. Between them, they bring a wealth of experience as a special education teacher, school learning support officer, and enrolled nurse.

With years of working in Schools for Specific Purposes, support units, and mainstream schools under the Department of Education, we truly understand what lifelong learning looks like.

We know how important consistency and predictability are.

Having regular carers and a steady routine has completely transformed Gabriella’s confidence and physical strength—and we’ve seen it make a huge difference for all of our participants.

Understanding the importance of families

Caring for a loved one is a full-time commitment. That’s why support extends to families too.

For us personally, this means taking a much needed date-day while trusted carers look after Gabriella.

For others, it’s having someone to lean on when life feels overwhelming. We are here to support you.
